 Newborn session fee includes:

• 3-4 hour session
• Use of large selection of props
• Photographers time and talent
• Private viewing session back at the studio
• Approximately 20-30 beautifully hand edited images to choose from

No prints or digitals are included in the session fee. 

Products are available to purchase at a private viewing session back at the studio approximately 2-3 weeks later.    I have a large choice of stunning bespoke products all available in many different sizes and finishes

Newborn sessions usually take around 3-4 hours and are completely baby led.  For this reason I only book one newborn session in a day so that I can give my time and full attention to the session.  Preferably for this session babies need to be aged between 5 days to 5 weeks.  However, I understand that for various reasons this isn't always possible so please just give me a call for a chat about your options if your baby is a little older.

At present newborn photography is an unregulated industry where many photographers are putting babies in unsafe poses and taking unneccesary risks.  I am very proud to say that I am one of very few photographers accross the country that holds a newborn certification in safety with the Master Photography Association.  Your babies safety is paramount to me.  Before specialising in newborn I spent time training with one of the leading newborn photographers in the Uk.

Most parents have commented on how gentle and caring I am with their newborn baby, with children on my own and having photograhed many many babies over the years, I can say I have plenty of experience handling newborn babies.  Please see my facebook business page for more up to date reviews about what clients say about me.

Due to the nature of the session.  Only the baby and his/her parents will be allowed to attend the session.  However, if you have any other siblings please discuss this prior to the session so arrangements can be made if you would like to include these in part of the session. Generally I ask that young siblings attend for the first hour and then you arrange for Dad or a Grandparent to take them home or to a local play centre/park for the rest of the session as 3-4 hours is too long to expect a young child to sit quietly, is not really fair on a young child to expect this of them.  I will need to be aware of this prior to you arriving for your photo shoot.
